Don't know if folks around here have read any of the dissent papers by Sotomayor or Jackson but they are the writings of a poorly educated 12 year old. That's only a slight exaggeration. If more people understood just how intellectually limited some members of SCOTUS are, they'd be buying pitchforks and torches by the pallet.
Kagan is slightly less stupid but I've read some doozies from her as well. I would not put Barret above Kagan on the intellect scale.
I just assume that Thomas and Alito are high functioning alcoholics because otherwise I don't know how they can handle working with such imbeciles.
