I believe in order to capture as many deep state actors as possible then their means of communication must be cut, lest they can order up a plane to escape in to another country. So Q will order all telephones to be silenced and all radio airwaves to be shut down. Possible for the television, internet and other means of electronic communication to be silenced for a week and a half. Thus, that is why Q has stated the them Emergency Broadcast System is how we will be receiving messages as to what is happening. Will Walmart and the banks be shut down? Probably not, but those entities do rely upon telephone lines and satellite communications to get their orders to their suppliers, warehouses, and Brinks trucks. It will be an interesting time. Will gasoline pumps work when you put your debit card in to get some gas?
All I can say is those who have preps that are ten to twenty years old had best look at their stash to see if it is still fresh and edible. Might not hurt to crack a container or two open to see how it tastes. If it's inedible, then now is the time to replace it.
