Why we are not putting more pressure on employers that hire illegals is something long overdue and I do not hear anything from the administration about penalizing these employers. Take away the jobs and they will stop coming. Are some of these employers getting kickbacks from the cartels besides getting cheap labor? Start fining them and take away their business ax exemptions, that will get their attention.

Company is evaluating if the project can still be completed by the fall— considering the impact of losing much of its workforce.

Companies aren't being penalized because the politicians are getting kickbacks err.... "donations".
No doubt. So far, there has been little to no pushback for employers and their political cronies.
