The stock number 619-280 on the pallets corresponds to 8x8x16 cinder blocks sold at Home Depot which just happens to be the property they're sitting on. I would venture to guess they don't normally keep their inventory outside their gate.

Home depot's management probably had an employee place them there, on the outside AND inside of the gate so that looters couldn't drive right up to the building. Also, those blocks are around 30-35 pounds or so... no one's running off with those... this is not a mysterious brick drop.
