Too hard, huh? So, a valid ID is something that is too damn difficult to show when you want to vote? Me thinks you should be a clerk at the DMV, not a judge. There you'll be able to crank out hundreds of drivers licenses and non driver ID's per day. Maybe after a few years of that you'll come to understand it's not that difficult to obtain a photo ID with your name, address, etc. I think that Harvard degree sucked too many IQ points out of your head. If you can't prove your citizenship in order to vote... then we'll accept fingerprint scans.
All you need to do is show up and do a fingerprint scan and automatic computer identity check to vote. If you're illegally trying to vote... then it's instant arrest with your own fingerprint evidence to be used at your prosecution. If you're illegal immigrant... then it's instant expulsion from the country.
