Huh. It sounds like they want to just sidestep all the stupid regulations they themselves implemented in order to prevent economic growth and economic activity without having to get the rest of the communists in government to agree to any of it. Maybe this is for corrupt purposes to pick winners and losers based on loyalty to the current government, or maybe it is them recognizing that they have to actually govern in a way that allows economic activity before the country completely collapses. 🤷🏼♂️

Operating on unceded land are you kidding. The Indians have been paid back for their land 10 fold. Every 3 months they get a massive check. If they live on the reserve they get about 400,000 per person and off the reservation 150,000 per person. All paid for by tax payers.
