Every problem or significant issue Congress has been given to solve since its inception as an institution. They’ve either failed to solve or slapped compromises that would never last on it till the problems would predictably blow up and Force the Executive or Judiciary to take action.
Arguably the Country only exists today for good or ill because of the actions undertaken by various iterations of the Judiciary and Executive Branches.
"Fistful of Dollars" and the other movies were filmed in the desert near the town of Tabernas, Spain. The movie sets were later turned into a kind of small theme park which is supposed to be great fun to visit. Seems you can dress up as Clint and have shootouts and so on. On my bucket list.

They did the same thing with the set from the 1980 Popeye movie--Robin Williams' first film role.
Another reason physical sets and practical effects will always be superior to green screens and CGI.
