Trump suddenly dropped a bombshell a couple days ago, while hosting the African leaders that he signed a deal with China that open up China and that India could be next. But the details of the deal havent been publicised. Apparently the reason for this deal to be secret is because it exposes how weak Xi and CCP are, and that CCP has basically capitulated to the US after they were shocked by the precision with which Trump dealt with Iran.
This lady presents "insider info" about whats in the deal. It has 3 concessions by China and one by US.
China will provide reciprocal access to US companies into Chinese market. This includes US media, effectively destroying the digital firewall in China
China will stop providing special status to State Owned Enterprises allowing private companies to compete in Chinese market.
Stop weaponising rare earth mineral deals and provide equal access to American companies.
Thanks for this, BB. I love, love, love that Trump is using the felt need of these empires to present themselves as strong to the world against them in a way that weakens them and strengthens the U.S.
Talk about leadership on the global chess board. Redemptive leadership, I believe we could call it.
I have been watching Lei for years. Her analysis is good and the information reliable. She is one of my go to sources for everything CCP. These rumors have a ring of truth given what we do know and what has been occuring lately within that black box called the CCP. Glad to see her channel getting some spread. Thanks.
I discovered Lei's Real Talk's channel about 6 months ago. I find all her videos are very insightful and highly informative, delivered in a no nonsense format.
This is huge! What a deal maker our POTUS is changing the world. She is very articulate and this is important information to understand. So Xi is not working with Trump but is being pushed aside and more reasonable, reform centric leadership is attempting to come back into power.
Those taking the reins are still CCP whether they are reformists, hard liners, or Xi cult members. China will not improve until the CCP is gone and the Chinese people finally take control of their government. What I do see happening is that the new leadership will return to a softer approach rather than the in your face wolf warrior approach Xi has taken over the last decade. Xi's policies have caused a huge global backlash. But at least it woke the global community up. Make no mistake, no matter the approach, the goals are the same - for the CCP to dominate. Long before Xi, the CCP had been quietly infiltrating every level of American society as well as the rest of the world. Very few saw the danger signs. I do not want for people to return to their slumber if the new regime takes a quieter and softer approach seemingly to appear cooperative. They still are a threat.
The CCP will play along with Trump because they have to. Everything is on the verge of collapse in China. The CCP will do what it must to survive. Whether they do anything they agreed to remains to be seen. History tells us they do not negotiate in good faith. However, Trump is aware of this and is putting snap back guard rails into whatever agreement is reached. He won't be burned twice. The next few months will be very interesting to see what unfolds within the CCP leadership and what direction they take.
Not sure what "opening up" really means. What businesses will be willing to invest in China given that companies have been pulling operations out of China for several years and are relocating in order to strengthen and diversify supply chains. That process is not going to suddenly reverse itself. There is still the national security law and authoritative censorship that has also forced companies to leave. The consumer market itself has changed to extreme low consumption which is a societal shift in attitude and not a temporary downturn. Their population dividend has evaporated. Then there are the issues over tech transfers and IP theft. Brain drain and wealth transfer has been occuring on a massive scale. As it stands, China is not looking like good soil for investment.
As Sundance would say, "they are going into Panda mode" and out of the "Dragon" that they have been showing. Very good analysis, I appreciate your time and knowledge share. I agree with all said. My son graduated Princeton with an East Asian Studies degree and he spent a year in Beijing teaching at the University prior to starting Medical School. Unfortunately he is terribly liberal but I have an interest in all things China due to his training. I'm guessing you think Belt and Road will continue as soon as the world gets lulled back into comfort.
Been a China watcher for years. I agree with the Panda mode approach. That is exactly what I think they will do. They have to reverse course in an attempt to save themselves. And I mean the CCP and not the Chinese people. The CCP could care less about the Chinese people. They are simply leaks to be harvested and are disposable as far as the CCP is concerned.
As far as the BRI, like much of the tofu dreg construction in China, the BRI is showing its own cracks. Some nations are already pulling back on contracts. The Taliban just canceled a contract with China on a BRI project and is looking to the West for investment. The Taliban are saying that the Chinese failed to meet contractual obligations and therefore they are cancelling the contract. Some African nations are also entertaining pulling back. The BRI is not delivering what was promised. Projects are either rotten tail unfinished, never started, or defective. In addition, the projects have not provided employment or economic returns that the investments promised. These countries are finding themselves with huge debt and little to show for it. It is all controlled by the Chinese and the local populations have started to resent the takeover. The Baloch in Pakistan have taken up arms against the BRI Pakistan/China economic corridor operations. That corridor is a huge part of China's Western routes plan and expansion to secure energy and trade apart from the Malacca Straights. There have been even a few Chinese workers killed in various countries and Chinese property destroyed. People are not happy.
Besides, China is running out of money and cannot make the investments like they did a few years ago. The amounts of money promised lately in some deals are only a small fraction of what they once were. Most of these countries go to the summits or visit China looking for more money. It is a bottomless pit. I think the new leadership are going to try to find ways to scale back on BRI because they simply cannot afford it. Some of the investments may already be at risk of loss because the countries were unstable to begin with. China could lose huge amounts of money if the IRGC in Iran should topple. Ouch. That's gonna hurt. Iran has been one of the largest recipients of BRI money. Iran has been a proxy for the CCP and that is part of the reason they have held such a hard line with the US. That is the plan. They were told to blow up any deal Trump tried to make. In addition, it has been China money that ultimately funded many of Iran's proxies. At the moment, it is not looking good for Iran or China. Trump's actions against Iran have them both on the back foot. Putin is also watching which way the wind is blowing. He would much rather deal with Trump than with Xi. Xi looks like he is on his way out anyway - if not completely removed at least severely diminished in power.
There is a lot occuring on the geopolitical scene right now. The world as we knew it is changing fast. Trump will make sure we are left standing and in better shape then before this all started. I hope this answered your inquiries.
Personally, I don't buy into that theory. I have watched China too long to see that even being a thing. Trump and Putin working together - that I can see - but Xi, no way.
What about the whole ...media attacks xi but not the CCP. Soros, Bill Gates all went after Xi but not CCP.
This whole "he's a dictator and he's gaining absolute power" thing - perhaps there's another angle - what if he's using said power to dismantle the CCP
Reminds me of Gorbachev taking down the Soviet communist party
Most of the policies Xi has put into place double down on what Mao did. He has moved the country, and the party, back into the days of the cultural revolution. The Great Firewall was initiated under Xi and the censorship is off the charts. Hong Kong was squashed like a bug under the new security laws. He plans on doing the same thing to Taiwan. There is no freedom of speech in China.
The same authoritarian control Xi has exercised in China is being exported to other nations under the BRI. Poorer governments with corrupt officials are being helped by Xi to crack down on their own citizens to secure their own power using the same surveillance tools as in China.
The reason all the focus has been on Xi himself is because he moved away from CCP collective style of governance back to one man party rule, just like Mao. Xi brought back the personality cult of Mao. Everything is about Xi and Xi thought. He even required the teaching of Xi thought in schools. All government workers were required to use an app for Xi thought and his book was required reading. His face was plastered on multiple billboards all over China promoting Xi thought. Xi is the center of everything in China - there is no room for the party because Xi is the party.
Xi makes all the decisions and holds all three main power centers of the CCP - party chairman, head of the military, and president. That has not been done since the days of Mao who exercised absolute and complete control under a cult of personality. Xi changed the constitution to give himself lifetime rule. No dissent is allowed and he rules through fear. Those he deems disloyal are removed or disappeared. Only the loyal have access to him. The corruption purges have been a smoke screen to solidify and centralize his power under the Xi faction and remove all others. Government workers are paralyzed into "lying flat" - too afraid to do anything but follow orders that come from the top - Xi. He has built more detention centers over the last few years to house dissenters. Freedom of religion - forget about it. All forms of public protest or large gatherings are harshly and quickly dealt with in the name of stability maintenance. People are beaten and arrested.
Xi just put into place a new rule forbidding gatherings of more than two people by anyone that works for the government. Foreign travel is being restricted and passports are being seized - even teachers. Average citizens are being denied exit visas. The borders are slowly being closed. All communication devices are subject to inspection on demand. People are disappearing on the streets without a trace - including children and babies. Live human organ transplants are at record numbers. Where do those organs come from? Under the CCP things were bad, but since Xi came into power it is now on steroids.
So, if it looks like a dictator, walks like a dictator, and talks like a dictator then... This is not an act. Ask anyone in China that has to live under his authoritarian rule. The CCP is still bad and needs to go. But under Xi, it has risen to a whole new level of evil.
When the Bible speaks of Asia it is really in reference to Asia Minor, not the Far East. Some traditions have a couple of the Apostles making their way to India. But China, no way. They didn't make into Russia either.
A good example is you can't publish a video game in China unless your company is partially owned by a Chinese company. I'm assuming practices like that will stop.
I doubt it. That goes against everything the CCP is and stands for. Even back in the days of opening up, the CCP kept a tight lid on foreign business in China. We gave away billions in tech transfers just to have access to their markets. In the end, was it really worth it? I think we lost more money than what was gained. The only way for real free trade to exist in China is for the CCP to go. So, I am not sure what Trump means when he says opening up China. With Trump you have to read between the lines. What people think he is saying maybe something completely different and only understood in hindsight.

Stop.
Good.

First time watching her for me. And very impressed, I will start to follow her podcasts.
I found her early this year.
but with a pinch of salt
This is huge! What a deal maker our POTUS is changing the world. She is very articulate and this is important information to understand. So Xi is not working with Trump but is being pushed aside and more reasonable, reform centric leadership is attempting to come back into power.
That's not what Trump says.
Yeahz, AFAWK Xi is part of the triforce unless he plans an exit that anons have not been crumb fed yet.

I wonder how the theory that Xi is secretly a white hat working with Trump and Putin to eliminate the NWO fits here
Personally, I don't buy into that theory. I have watched China too long to see that even being a thing. Trump and Putin working together - that I can see - but Xi, no way.

Awesome summation. Thank You!
You are most welcome fren.
This is what I want to hear, China is very dangerous for the world and USA, that’s why Jesus said to his disciples don’t go to Asia. https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Acts%2016%3A6-10&version=ICB Acts 16:6-10
When the Bible speaks of Asia it is really in reference to Asia Minor, not the Far East. Some traditions have a couple of the Apostles making their way to India. But China, no way. They didn't make into Russia either.
Sounds like it.
...the ' realignments ' are far from over
True that fren. Exciting times for sure.
