Yep - that's my media-programmed idiot neighbor. He was giving me the silent treatment- you know, the 3rd grade playground proudfest kind. After months of thinking he was autistic, I asked what that was about.
"It's political. I've seen the Trump signs! I have absolutely NO respect whatsoever for anyone who supports him!"
I remained civil, chuckling as I said "o- k-aAay?"
"You don't think for me. We still have to be neighbors . . . " as he walked away. I've been grinding ( and praying) on how to respond. Instead of my typical torching, it occured to me ( thank you Lord) that I would do well to remain civil.
Points I plan to make:
My worldly self wants to torch him on why he is not qualified to judge me, and that as no one else on Earth (including high-profile libs who I won't name-drop here) has ever expressed total disrespect (or any, for that matter) for me. In my mind, that clearly renders him an inconsequential twit - which I am leaning toward calling him. Trying to refrain from name-calling - also grade-schoolish -- but when a guy is a Braindead and treasonous pedophile resident-loving, media-programmed DFarty stooge, hasn't he earned it?
