You may also hear it called a natural event, or, more perniciously, and Act of God. It is NOT. Genesis 9:11 sets out that God has prevented natural floods from wiping out living flesh. Since God controls nature, it cannot have been natural either.

Did anyone die in the previous floods? God promised only not to wipe out living flesh with floods, so non-fatal natural floods are possible- God uses these to show anger- but fatal ones must be weather manipulation.
The weather (not climate) has been changing unnaturally since the 19th Century. Can you be sure when weather manipulation became available?

If I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times,............don't build a livable structure next to a lake, river, creek or wash. One "one in a thousand year" flood will do more harm than enjoying the view of living on the water. I live next to a lake, yet my house is a hundred feet above it AND the dam has a lower overtopping than the level of my house. So I'm good. Sorry for their loss and I do hope some of those girls who haven't shown up yet can somehow be rescued downstream.
Those numbers aren’t final. And I’ve heard it’s 25 girls missing. I live here. As I type this, I’m literally hearing choppers over my house right now searching the river near me for these girls and others. There have been over 700 girls evacuated from camp mystic and thousands more from the other camps nearby. The fact that these numbers are so low is a miracle. Like I commented on another post, this is the 100 year flood that we know will happen and pray it doesn’t happen while we’re here. I 100% believe in weather manipulation and I 100% don’t believe that was in play here. I’ve lived in central Texas my entire life, unfortunately this is part of living on the river.
Why isn't trump saying something, anything!?!? There should be a national adress warnimg us that they the dems have a weather manipulation machine that he simply can not stop them from using. They are too powerful and organized but he wants americans to get ready for a storm they are bringing and cannot be stopped. To my mind; that stenghthens my theory that these are weather manipulation attacks. Had these been non fatal; they could be natural events.
But fatal natural floods are heretical, the Bible is clear this notification loger happens.

They may have been camping and supposedly the flood surge came through between midnight and 3; the middle of the night.
Nope god promised that can't happen. Find another explanation.
