I think it's "stealth" purpose is to bankrupt the US. In bankruptcy you're allowed to renegotiate the terms of the debt. If terms can not be negotiated, the US is insolvent and can't pay its debt to the fed. No government payments = the burrrrr stops. The fed is now bankrupt.

How can a B2 bomber no longer be stealth? That's the part I don't get.
The B2 exposure to rain can degrade its radar signature. Making it visible DURING THE STORM.
I always thought as long as it doesn't have any right angles, it's invisible to radar.
