There have been reports of up to 1 million have self-deported already, however I'm not sure how this can be corroborated or counted unless they're counting them at the border as they leave. The day before Trump's inauguration there were hundreds of cars and trucks stuffed to the brim with belongings and illegals trying to leave the country before Trump got in. So certainly we know for sure there have been at least some that have self-deported and left.
How many people will self deport, especially with all the fear porn that we are pulling a Nazi Germany 2.0? The ones with a brain would be seeing that news and try to get the hell out of Dodge.

Anybody caught aiding and abetting anybody violating the laws of the United States gets an automatic 10 years in prison. If they aid 2 people it's an automatic 20 years in prison. If it's more than 2 it's life behind bars.
Anybody living in the U.S. without having come through the proper channels and who have made no attempt to attain legal status are in violation.
Anybody who rents them a place to live, anybody who hires them, anybody who allows them a place to stay for free, anybody who feeds them, is facing a mandatory prison term.
Put that out there and see how quickly the problem resolves itself.

That doesn’t even completely remove the 10 million illegals that came in under Biden, nor the other 40-50 million that were here already.
Realistically we need to deport about 47,000 illegals per day for the rest of President Trump’s term to get rid of them all.
