I'm an American but was kinda hoping this had happened in the UK, based on Patriotic Nation's flag, because they NEED some justice over there. We're starting to get what we need here in the US (still a long way to go, but this sort of thing is popping up repeatedly).
Congratulations to Dr. Michael Kirk Moore (and to the patients he saved from the COVID jabs at their request), and may many more of those who have suffered for the truth, like Dr. Moore, find some measure of justice.

There are dozens of these kinds of stories of "rogue health staff" administering saline shots, or saline shots being administered by "mistake" etc. I think these are just cover stories for the majority of the jabs simply being saline, without which the death & injuries would have been a lot worse.
So. He knew or suspected they were dangerous shots from the word go. Many many more med people would have felt the same. Some reacted ethically and some just complied.
In my opinion anyone who said “no” to vaccine is a hero. Those who caved have a choice to repent (if they are still alive) - many still do not realize how big of a ordeal we went through. We should still be locked in our homes by the way. The cycle of retribution is a slow pace but we are getting there. Damage is a perception. The damage doctors did to themselves for a sack of silver is astounding. The damage the hero’s (those who said no) did to the medical industry is growing each minute. How can a doctor save face in a free thinking society? They crave control of the narrative desperately.
The federal government has dismissed charges against Dr. Michael Kirk Moore, a Utah plastic surgeon, who was accused of administering saline shots instead of COVID-19 vaccines, falsifying vaccination certificates, and destroying over $28,000 worth of government-provided vaccines.
Dr. Moore and his co-defendants faced up to 35 years in prison on charges including conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to convert government property, and aiding and abetting those efforts.
The dismissal was ordered by U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi, who stated that Dr. Moore "gave his patients a choice when the federal government refused to do so" and that he "did not deserve the years in prison he was facing".
The trial had begun in Salt Lake City with jury selection, but the prosecution was ended following Bondi's intervention.
