One time the medical lane was closed and there was a cop there to tell us , I said “ can u get me to the front of the line and I showed him a 100 dollar bill , he said follow me “ he took it and got me to the front , so those kind of cops can still take a bribe, but the ones working the streets and especially the us border patrol they would arrest you if you tried . There are border patrol on the take for 10’s of thousands with the cartel but that’s different . The dude crossing loaded with drugs knows what line to get into , the BP on the take kniws they are coming whst car etc and they wave them through without searching

If his wife is a legal citizen, I would think this could be resolved, though with some headache. Apply for legal status.
1- His parents could be the sponsors.
or
2- He gains his visa/citizenship via marriage to a US citizen.
The 2nd option seems easiest if she is a legal citizen, which nothing in this short clip suggests she isn't yet. Granted I don't know the culture of illegal immigrants & maybe they stick together instead of marrying US citizens.
If they don't want the citizenship, more than they don't want to be separated from their wife & children, then they can simply move back to their home country.
That does make it a very hard choice for their wife. Either move away with him, or remain & choose how they want to proceed with raising a family. Essentially as a single mother, or marry another man to help raise good children.
