Make Asylums Great Again
Agreed. We need to reopen the asylums for those who are too far gone. Homeless crazies and addicts are ruining our cities and create a dangerous environment for families.

President Donald Trump on Thursday signed an executive order to empower state and local governments to remove homeless individuals from the nation’s streets.
The Order requires the Attorney General to work with the Secretary of Health and Human Services, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, and the Secretary of Transportation to prioritize grants for states and municipalities that enforce prohibitions on open illicit drug use, urban camping and loitering, and urban squatting, and track the location of sex offenders.
The Order redirects funding to ensure that individuals camping on streets and causing public disorder and that are suffering from serious mental illness or addiction are moved into treatment centers, assisted outpatient treatment, or other facilities.
The Order ensures discretionary grants for substance use disorder prevention, treatment, and recovery do not fund drug injection sites or illicit drug use.
The Order stops sex offenders who receive homelessness assistance from being housed with children, and allows programs to exclusively house women and children.
The White House notes that homelessness on a given night reached its peak under President Joe Biden when 272,224 people lived on the streets of America on one particular date.
So, it sounds like some orderly, secured camps with facilities for homelss women and children, and also locking up the utter crazies, as well as helping people off drugs.
Not bad.
Cities had bring in the bulldozers and dump-trucks for the garbage, please.
Maybe do some pressure washing while you're at it?
So SICK of shit-for-brains drug-addled schitzo lunatic panhandlers on every street corner, slowing traffic on freeways, marauding in alleys. Put them into institutions, asylums, or prison, or return to country of origin - wherever they belong. And wherever they belong, make them WORK in exchange for their room and board. They've WORN OUT THEIR FREE RIDE AND THEIR WELCOME.
Many states had that as a judge only decision though. Not a fan of putting people away without a jury finding facts with beyond a reasonable doubt as the burden of proof.

Most big cities are “sanctuary” cities with democrat mayors. Giving them the power to remove won’t make them do it. No mental hospitals have room for those who need it and no drug addict can be cured without WANTING to be cured, which most don’t. A gallant effort but without teeth.
