When I look at the Q post below, the post seems to show the chronological order of the events that occurred starting with the DNC server hack and the events that happened afterwards.
There was something I didn't realize when I started looking into this Q post. I will get to those findings below. All roads lead to Obama.
First let's draw a TIMELINE for you.
The hack of the DNC servers was reported to have occurred in April 2016.
The Democratic National Committee (DNC) publicly announced the server breach on June 14, 2016. That same day, cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike released a report attributing the intrusion to two Russian hacking groups.
Seth Rich was killed on July 10, 2016, at approximately 4:20 a.m. in the Bloomingdale neighborhood of Washington, D.C.
WikiLeaks released the first batch of Democratic National Committee (DNC) emails on July 22, 2016, at 10:30 a.m. EDT

Micheal Sussman, a partner at Perkin's Coie hired CrowdStrike.
When Scandals Collide
The most important thing to realize here, FBI relied on a contractor (CrowdStrike), retained by the DNC’s and the Clinton campaign’s lawyers at Perkins Coie to do the assessment of the hack that occurred with the DNC servers. The FBI never showed any interest in investigating the hack themselves.
Here is another archived article from the Washington Post in Oct 2016 which oddly enough points out that HRC and the DNC paid for the research that led to the Steel dossier. Thought I would throw it in for extra content, link back to it later.

What I mentioned above that I was unaware of, Barrack Obama appointed the CEO of CrowdStrike, Steven Chabinsky, as a member of the Commission on Enhancing National Cybersecurity. Scroll halfway down the link below to see Steven's credentials. He has deep ties to the FBI Cyber Division.
This White House archive was dated April 13, 2016. Look at the dates on the TIMELINE above.
Obama appointed the CEO of CrowdStrike to the Commission on Enhancing National Cybersecurity at the same time DNC servers were being hacked.
My guess is Perkin's Coie didn't hire CrowdStrike by happenstance, Obama insisted! Perkin's Coie hired CrowdStrike at the same time Obama placed the CEO on a government organization? The payoff to CrowdStrike could have been partially made using our tax dollars. The coverup started with Obama's guidance. Two months later, CrowdStrike says, "It was Russia".
Something else I noticed, The Q post above mentions No Name. If you read the article above from Washington Post, Fusion GPS’s research into Trump was funded by an unknown Republican client during the GOP primary. No Name McCain hired Fusion GPS to dig dirt on Trump before HRC hired them. It is my guess, No Name knew he would be placed in front of a firing squad if Trump won, he was scared shitless. Also, we know it was No Name who delivered the Steel dossier to Buzzfeed news.
Also notice the pyramid in the Q post, we learned today from the Durham report there were 2 Individuals from Geroge Soros Open Society Foundation who were involved with the Russia collusion story.
We also learned from the Durham report that the FBI and DOJ would assist with the Russia collusion story. Neglecting their responsibility to investigate the hack, inserting Steven Chabinsky from FBI Cyber Division to claim the hack was done by Russia. Afterwards, Mueller was inserted by the DOJ to investigate the Russia collusion story. This move locked up all the Russia collusion evidence, kept it buried to prevent exposure.
Also notice DWS (shows up under (SR 187)(MS13 (2) 187) in the Q post. The Chair at the DNC, Debbie Wasserman Schultz resigned from her position on July 28th 2016, 18 days after Seth Rich was murdered. Coincidence?

Debbie Wasserman Schultz was not a director of anything, she was the Chair of the DNC. So, I think DWS_DIR> means she directed the Seth Rich assassination which ties directly to the line above.

Suggests that Chabinsky was appointed before the DNC "server hack" ever occurred, or at least in conjunction with it. Sounds like the server hack by muh rushins (Clowns in Ukraine?) was a false flag authorized by BO & HRC, possibly run by McCain, to 1) get ahead of possible public disclosure like Wikileaks and to 2) justify the creation of the fake dossier.
Tell us it was premeditated without telling us it was premeditated...

I was thinking the 1 of 22 was the steps that took place to produce the Russia collusion story. You may be correct; there are many more flow charts in the Q posts.
The line with (MS13 (2) 187) means there were 2 MS-13 gang members that attacked Seth Rich and they were killed themselves in a parking structure in South Carolina.
This might explain the story about "nuclear wasps" (i.e. Murder Hornets = hired killers). The story screams comms, but I couldn't figure out the SC angle. I forgot about they died there.

I believe it means the FBI and DOJ were assisting Obama. The next line in the Q drop says INSURANCE. If you search "insurance" in the Q drops, you see that the term refers to Mueller. Mueller was their insurance policy to keep the cover up ongoing. Lock up all of the Russia collusion evidence under a special prosecutor and drag it out as long as possible. This special prosecutor (Mueller) would have been appointed by the DOJ.
