Q is a department of energy classification level. DOE is pro nuclear energy and the democrats are anti nuke. That makes them a natural ally. Hmmmm.
Hmmm....don't remember a Department of Energy in the Constitution. And the 10th amendment prevents anything not listed. Sounds like yet another illegal agency. Why is government involved in energy anyhow?
