It’s a bit of both, but if they follow their religion, and many of them do, they will be subversive and satanic.
It seems like Satan’s game with Islam is to have them righteous enough to not be judged by God’s Law, until they’re powerful enough that they can’t practically be judged when the natural endgame starts playing out, while obeying the health and finance and business laws internally so that they’re strong at that time.
It’s why they never look bad, until they are.

With God nothing is impossible. I liken them to those who, at the White Throne Judgement, will potentially be 'judged by their works' and found acceptable. This view is of course completely heretical to 'orthodoxy' but I don't care about that anymore.
I hope that anyone who is found to be operating in good faith by the amount of light they were given will be accepted by God; we christians just have the edge of being blessed to actually KNOW that entity called God beforehand.
