Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump)
I am going to lead a movement to get rid of MAIL-IN BALLOTS, and also, while we’re at it, Highly “Inaccurate,” Very Expensive, and Seriously Controversial VOTING MACHINES, which cost Ten Times more than accurate and sophisticated Watermark Paper, which is ...
Free and Fair, Elections World Wide and UNTIL we get it we will FIGHT!
I'm probably gonna keep fighting after, dropping our guard is how the rot took root
Hopefully he gets this issue settled before the midterms.
DING DING DING
There is a sentence in there that is important.
"Remember, the states are merely an "agent" for the Federal Government in counting and tabulating the votes." IMO he just set the stage for the next Federal election.
In Federal elections.
Yes.
Thanks for posting. I hearted and bookmarked it.
I'd like to see single day voting like we used to have using the old fashioned machines and paper ballots, voter ID required, and while we're at it let's make election day a federal holiday so no one has an excuse not to vote (or has to go after work, etc.)
Total chain of custody for every single paper ballot.
YES Agreed! And also having the ballots counted how they used to be, with both R and D representatives sitting at a table and looking at each one and the result being recorded. None of this "throw out the Rs election observers and trust us bro from the Ds" like we've seen of late in big cities.
It's time? Getting 2020 overturned and all of potatoes moves are invalidated?!

With accurate voter rolls these people will never ever get into power again. Nobody is going to vote for a politician who wants to protect criminals and make the community a crappier place to live in.
But muh trans rights!
Well your trans people can have the same rights as everyone else. A fair trial, the right to freedom of expression and assembly, the right to bear arms, protection from unreasonable searches and seizures, and whatever else is outlined in the Bill of Rights in the United States Constitution.
The left takes those rights for granted.
CRUCIAL! Elections must be secured or everything will go back to how it was before Trump got in!
Does this mean Washington State too?
You mean the District of Columbia(Washington DC)? Or the actual state? As for DC, I would think so.
Washington State (Seattle-land):
1983: allowed mailed in ballots from citizens (disabled, over 65, special circumstances)
2005: allowed counties to hold elections by mail and only one county (Pierce) opted to keep the polling locations
2011: made all elections by mail
There’s are several states that do all elections by mail? 8-10, something like that. And I think all “blue” states ironically. California being the most known. Just curious why Washington state was singled out? Am I missing something here? Not sure why they would be separated from this executive order?
It just sounds too good to be true. And Whiptail above is absolutely right.
Republicans have no say in Washington politics. They have been refused entry in the state capitol, including their own offices during the covid nonsense. They also were muted during legislative debate when they were held on zoom (or whatever online software they used). Muted. They can silence Republican voices because they know they are all selected, not elected.
And Washington is fighting a lot of Trump's Executive Orders.
Keeping track of Washington state challenges to Trump actions
Were going to see a lot of light blue states turn purple or red. We're going to see a lot deep blue states turn light blue.
