FIL loved to stop at CB on road trips to NC for chicken and hash brown casserole. We quit going when they painted the porch rockers in rainbow 🌈 colors. So sad, too bad. "Down she goes".

I never liked their food anyway. Bland and no flavor.
For me it was never about the food. I went there for the atmosphere. Now both the atmosphere and the food suck

The joint ventures with the PRIDE flags did it for me. This wokeness has been getting worse and worse. This was just the final straw.

I love it , but Cracker Barrel will never be the same without all the nostalgia and down home cooking. Sitting in front of that big Ole fireplace playing the simple wooden games of the past, taking a peak back in history was what everyone who went there enjoyed, plus the food ( better in southern states, because southern cooks are some of the best).I was raised on southern home made biscuits and gravy. You can't beat 'em. Live in the north now, and Cracker Barrel may have had the same recipes, but believe me, lacked the good Ole southern touch. Just my opinion. and I'm sticking to it.
I agree...the cook makes all the difference! Hoping they will change these crazy ideas as they lose more business. Everyone needs to speak up to CB..in person, online, phone calls & letters.
Remember when they cancelled Duck Dynasty in CB? That didn't last long because of the outcry!
We, my wife and I, would look for Cracker Barrels when we were driving when we saw one we would stop in, now we won't be unless they change back. I didn't know they went woke until I read it hear on this site.
