I think the left invented "Christian nationalism" as a boogeyman.
There are Christians who understand our founding and who are Patriots. But are by no means dangerous.
So tired of the left manipulating the language to posit bad intentions on well-meaning people. It is propaganda.
"Christian" "Nationalism" are benign words. But they combine the words to imply by mere assertion, something sinister that it is somehow a danger to "democracy"?!?

Did you know… apparently if a (presumably white) teacher checks your math answer as wrong, and tries to correct the (presumably non-white) student, thats white supremacy
I actually had black kids say to me several times, “you tryin to be smart?” “You think you’re smart?”

But anyway, what exactly is their solution to the “white supremacy” problem
Have a kid tell you the 2+2 = 5 and give them a good grade on that and let them go on believing that?

They’re using the format to equate it with “White Nationalism”, then leveraging their oppressed/oppressor mechanic to paint any adherents as the bad guy, even though it’s always been what we were founded on, the constitution was heavily drawn from it, and they’re the invaders and usurpers who want to overturn the core law and install a new one..

Our founding fathers were Christian nationalists. The term just didn't exist at that time.
It is just a boogeyman word but all It ultimately means is the "Under God" portion of one nation under God.
Our entire Bill of Rights and Constitution was drawn out of the general equity of God's law in the Bible. Our justice system is designed around it.
The supreme Court even acknowledged that America is a Christian Nation in the case Holy Trinity v United States.

Actually it meant that the federal government couldn't infringe on the freedom of denominations or freedom of religion.
States however could. Many of the original colonies had official denominations.
Also many of them required you to be a Christian and sometimes a particular denomination to hold office.
Oddly enough, communists don’t accept those facts as valid.
