Remember when the left thought Trump would invoke this on Jan 6th and were salivating? Timing is king.
I believe President Trump told everyone to go home peacefully on January 6th. Making this type of statement is one of the steps necessary before declaring an insurrection. Twitter immediately took this statement down and banned a sitting president from their platform for making the statement.
Some believe that this was the moment that Devolution, as described in the Law of War Manual, was invoked.
This may be why President Trump recently told the nation's top generals at Quantico, VA last week that he was actually President 45, 46, and 47. "He just doesn't want credit for 46, because everything was so bad."
I think I have that all right. Happy to hear other opinions.
The enemy definitely believed he was going to declare an insurrection, but I think Trump instead triggered the devolution.
Here is what I think happened - When Trump gave a lawful order which would have resulted in Insurrection Act being enacted, but it was impeded by entities (Media, for instance) controlled by hostile foreign power - indicating hostile occupation according to LoW, which in turn triggered one or more of the PEADs Trump had put in place, which started the Continuity of Government aka Devolution.
At that point, parts of the US government, esp the military, went into an autonomous mode, where they carry out their duties based on the conditions as set forth in the PEAD, but without direct command from Trump.
This is exactly like a country being occupied by their enemy, while the lawful government is exiled but the elements of military still loyal working in secret.
Biden administration aka Autopen, was the hostile puppet government put in place by the enemy, aka City of London.
The military was tasked with mitigating the damage caused by the enemy while ensuring their primary objective of allowing this to happen - which was a sting operation to trace all the enemy assets within.
Compare that scenario with what would have happened had Trump been able to declare the Insurrection Act correctly. The military would taken control and arrested everyone attempting the coup immediately. This would have destroyed the country by dividing the left and right irrecoverably, and we wouldnt have the level of awakening we have now regarding everything - Migration, Wokeness, DEI, Vaccines, Big Pharma, Central Banks, etc etc.
Yes, all very good points. In addition, in order to convict someone of a crime, they first must commit the crime. The 2020 election had to be stolen for the crime to be fully committed.
If you see someone about to rob a jewelry store, can you convict them of the crime of robbing the jewelry store? No.
If someone robbed the jewelry store, can you convict them of robbing the jewelry store? Yes.

My problem with this is the guard aint the militia. We the people are. It may be the guard is A militia, but it isnt THE militia. They can try to redefine it all they want. Once the government pwns the militia wxclusively then there is no possible opposition to the gov itself when it gets out of bounds. The point of local militia is to protect the local population when the gov cant or the problem is from the gov itself. The governme t isnt out of bounds when it has the supoort of the majority of the people. So no reason for the left to pull the crap that requires the guard.
To get back to that we'll have to see the Dick Act repealed.
