Nope, these people are either severely ignorant, or they are being forced to expose their bias which will threaten their own survivability.
I am thinking the white hats have located all the Soros funded judges, district attorneys, etc. and forced them to make these stupid rulings which will later be used to remove them from office for cause. Not adhering to the administration's objectives.

I think Trump is forcing the issue and calling their bluff. The left has talked a big game about “resistance.” NGOs have skirted federal law and IRS regs for decades. Antifa and BLM acted as brownshirts for Democrats. Trump has pulled an Alinsky on them, forcing them to live up to their principles. Too bad their principles lead to breaking laws and regs and destroying their reputation with most of the public.
Trump will turn this into a MAGA win.

And I'm pretty sure those National Guard troops were already federalized and a judge has no say in how the president deploys them. It's absurd.

It may not need to come to that. Better to get equivalent results via the “normal” legal process. The bad guys are extremely vulnerable in the way (and several other ways).
Not when the normal legal process is corrupt. I would only go this way if ALL politically corrupt judges are indicted and on trial.
True, he has to work around the corruption, but he has the law, public opinion, and the vibe momentum on his side. I think he’s planning audacious actions for before the midterms. With Antifa, USAID, and ActBlue all on the run, Democrats will have a tough time in 2026 and 2028.

One way or another (via a decades-long military op, military personnel executing their duties in PDJT's admin [ex. Tulsi Gabbard and Pete Hegseth], numerous active and retired military advisors, riot/insurrection control, tribunals or otherwise), it will be (and already, to a great extent, is). However, PDJT et al must pursue EVERY alternative before going down an overtly military path for a number of reasons including: to prove legal necessity/trigger every prerequisite, to garner public support/acceptance and to set precedent for future presidents/administrations.
