It seems so. Whack-A-Mole unlimited Federal Judges pop up and slow things down forever. Quite a strategy they have come up with.
They know that the higher courts are eventually going to slap them down. They understand that all they are accomplishing right now is slowing the Trump train down, but they can't derail it.

Congress can fix this problem because they are the ones that gave these Federal judges the power in the first place. All because they were too lazy and weak willed to do things themselves.

Apologize to everyone but this JUDGE situation is getting OUT-OF-HAND entirely and the more that is found out the more these judges expose themselves!!!!

They've planned this out, obviously. No matter what Trump does, the next deepstate compromised judge is going to block it. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court already ruled against this practice months ago. What gives?
