well if the Corporation stays shuttered, is that a good thing?

Like most corporations, bankruptcy. So with this argument or case, the Corporation of the United States of 1877 would no longer cease to function and could be declared legally dead. Thus clearing the way for the true United States of America Government (1776) to take control?
That is my query.
That is my prayer
That is my dream.
And the Swamps nightmare!
Thus Trump 2028. Back to the original Constitution.
I love Trump as president. I do, however, think 4 more years is pushing it for Trump. I do know he was cheated out of a second term. I believe he should run again get elected and then resign after (this is if he can run again) serving a couple or a few months; then let his vice president assume command-if that is all legal.
The part that's not legal is the getting elected to a third term, unfortunately
Under the rules as they are currently written.... maybe. Repealing that amendment is always on the table. If it does not fall by the wayside due to the difference between the corporation and the Republic's original rules.
So would that make Trump the 19th president?
Or is it the 17th President of the united States of America ?
Lincoln did that, he set it all up, which is why Grants entire Administration is known for Massive Grift and Corruption....
But the corruption and Grift just never Ended, so that's where we are today....
US CORP (15OCT1933) is shutdown, but before that happened "the Republic military" took control of foreign occupied land (1871) known as Washington DC under the guise of "fighting crime". This is permitted under Law of War. Removal or strikedown of 14th Amendment (1868) by SCOTUS removes last scaffold supporting US CORP. 8 months and 10 days after inauguration or roughly 250 days in our 250th year.
