Right, which makes me wonder how an illegal serving as a police officer could arrest you when they aren't legal to serve in that role. If arrested by one, a good lawyer should be able to get it thrown out.

not just there either. look to every state on that one. I am hearing most guards do not speak English any longer. this is something that has been happening for some time. Look to red states on this issue as well.
one place I was working by told me that they are going to be a ice facility but most of the guards do not speak English... so I was like is it to be able to speak to the foreigners that will be held there.. then quickly asked are the guards legal? he said they were on work visas.

On the upside- an actual whistleblower brought this to the media's attention- King County is now trying to retro active some fucked laws to make it "ok" If I am not misinformed, King Co jail guards are not issued guns, but may carry pepper spray and batons
