"Judge Boasberg was an accomplice in the egregious Arctic Frost scandal where he equipped the Biden DOJ to spy on Republican senators. His lack of integrity makes him clearly unfit for the gavel."
Trump foe Boasberg hit with articles of impeachment - Rep. Brandon Gill filed impeachment articles against Judge James Boasberg on Tuesday over his role in 'Arctic Frost'
Won’t happen. Impeaching a judge is just like a President. You need simple majority of the House to accuse/impeach/indict and then you need 2/3 of the Senate to convict. Newsflash: if we had 2/3 of the Senate the government would be open right now, but we don’t, so it’s not.
Don’t get your hopes up for this. Unless we find out he’s committed a crime unrelated to his office, there’s no reason to hope, much less assume, that this will go anywhere.
True, he will never be convicted; however impeachment will shine a bright light on him. Federal judges normally operate in the dark and have full control of the agenda. If there is a full and aggressive impeachment inquiry it will cost him time, money, and inject a degree of uncertainty into his life he has likely never experienced. It will also send a message to other rogue judges. Ironically, impeachment of a Judge knowing conviction will fail is no different than the Judge issuing an injunction or order knowing it will ultimately be overturned on appeal. I am reminded of the old saying “what is good for the goose is good for the gander “.
And what if it's not even about successfully removing the judge now, but about bringing the issue to the wider public and getting the Democrats to vote against it?

Good but will they have enough votes in Congress to impeach him?
In the House yes. In the Senate where they need 60-NO.
They need a super majority in the Senate, two-thirds, i.e. sixty-six.
Now let's see who gets impeached!!!
(((Boasberg)))
If impeachment fails, live burial could be effective.
This dude actually looks like a reptilian. At least, what I would imagine a reptilian masquerading as a human would look like.
Yeah. Sure.
