100% agree, I’ve moved several times with no job lined up and nowhere near enough money that I needed to move, yet I still made it happen and somehow it always worked out.

I have tried to move from PA for two years to TN and the housing market is out of control there. You can buy a double wide mobile home for $300,000 and get in a bidding war.
Even selling my paid off home that is renovated and brick won't be enough.
You know I get so tired of people saying boomers. I am a boomer I live on small pensions. I have never had money. I know a ton of boomers that have no money no property anything. I get sick of hearing it.
