I do't know where it was visible, but here in the Northeast, clouds obscured the sky. So we coudn't have seen it anyway.
my buddy in North Carolina saw them with naked eyes.
I saw posts online from FLORIDA barely being able to see it, but it was there.
We may see it again tonight, but no guarantee

I’m guessing that was a cell phone picture, cell phone camera can see significantly more wavelengths of light than the human eye. I took a similar one in the Twin Cities off my porch last night.
3I/Atlas did something to our sun as it passed behind it. These Solar flares we are witnessing are a part of it.
The sun is 18 quintillion times more massive than 3I/atlas… pray tell what could it possibly do to the sun?

I've traveled this planet for 35 years and still have not seen one. Even when I was in Kitila, Finland in 2022, I didn't get to see it due overcast skies ... for 5 days. Argg, I want to see it at least once. No one gets to do everything, I guess, but I still want to witness it. Similar to a rocket launch. Sure, anyone can watch one on youtube at anytime, but to be there to 'feel' the launch? Yeah, that's another thing I want to do.
