There ARE population studies that compare "vaccine" effects vs. non-vaccinated similar populations. It's called Eastern Europe.
In Eastern Europe, only three out of 10,000 people are diagnosed with Autism.
In the U.S. in 2025, Black, Asian, and Hispanic children diagnosed with Autism is 3.5%, 3.11%, and 3.82%, respectively, and 2.04% among White children. That's roughly three in every 100 people vs. 3 in every 10,000 people in Eastern Europe.
There's your control study. Still wanna vaccinate your kids?

BTW, after WW2, kids in the Netherlands, including my mum, were rounded up for tonsil-and-appendix removal (even if they were healthy - just in case), and a polio and small-pox vaxes. I say that, because she remembered it from 1947, or so.
This means they were 'testing' the vax on Dutch children, given that it was not officially offered to the world until 1955. The Dutch were 'obviously disadvantaged', because rationing did not end until 1948. Sneaky hey?
That post-war polio vax had cancer in it - there is a video of a vax-manufacturer weirdly giggling about it.
God does act on these people. Years ago here in Calif a Dr doing abortions by using a tool to brake through the skull and scramble the brains----he died a painful death due to a cancer in his brain====justice.
