I have made my own family, my family of origin was split when my mother died a very long time ago, and I was a child, a young teen. My father cut off all contact with her side of the family. He barely had a family, my one sister and his brother.He was a good man and worked hard, he had faith in God, Cold, materialistic, city loving and thinking themselves as intellectually superior.I was left with my sister and her married family, Status, money, impressed by money, no moral compass. No thank you. When you become authentically yourself, the people you are meant to break bread with will appear. Remain in the light, you will be found by the people God means for you to be with. Trust this. Don[t be hostile and bitter. Life is a constant harvest, and the threshing floor may seem harsh, but fellowship in the Lord will see you through.
