Vitamin D mistake - recommended daily dose TOO LOW
The entire RDA of vitamins is too low.
I’ve taken 5000iu/day for about 10 years. I thought I might be taking to much but it seems not enough.
I hope you take vitamin K with that ?
K2 D3
I am 105 lbs and I take 6,000 units in the winter and 4,000 units in the summer. My blood tests for D are in a healthy range according to my MD (who is not one of those who covid vaxxed people).
K2 is fake. K means Koagulation Vitamin. and K2 does not positively affect coagulation. only K1 increases coagulation.
K1 can be an antidote against rodenticide, because many rodenticides work by stopping blood coagulation. Vitamin D is also a rodenticide.
I take 100,000iu per week
50,000x2
Wow. My doc said my d level was low about ten years ago. I’ve been supplementing since and out in the sun daily. Musta been really low because the ranges they have are an average of people that get collected.
I try to take at least 50,000iu per week
You can get high dose brands on Amazon to avoid multiple pills
I have also used injectable vit D just to try
Vitamin D is not a vitamin. It a hormone with about 400 functions in the human body. An hour of sunshine seems to do the trick for me as well as an occassional suppliment.
The Fluoride dose in our drinking water is way to HIGH.
AND unnecessary
It's a shame, Thought I'd start taking D3/K2 drops from Amazon, and the stuff makes me sick. I have to go back to the D3 drops from a local store and K2 sublinguals.
I would not trust any vitamin on Amazon. Crap made in China and worse, INDIA. The sanitary conditions and regulatory ingredients are non existent!
I agree. They often flood the zone with cheap foreign crap, and use subterfuge to redirect to crap..or out-right lie.
Vitamin D pills are not made from vegetables and there's no way to bottle sunshine, so what are Vitamin D pills made from?
Rat poison.
