Also simply being from a certain type of family or related to certain type of people doesn't necessarily mean anything, it's not as if children would always want to do what their parents maybe tell them to do, or follow in their parents footsteps. It's not as if all children of conservative parents grow up as conservatives either, how many tales have we heard of kids who go on a completely different life path?
Especially if they weren't happy in their childhood homes, but even when they may have been. Unless somebody starts digging out actual evidence that the woman is actually doing, or has done, something that seems to contradict what she is claiming, is in some ways trying to undermine what her husband had done, at most perhaps keep an eye on her but assume she is what she seems to be unless or until proven otherwise. Innocent until proven guilty was the idea, right?
As to the claims of her "clinging" too closely to the VP or any other powerful man right now, same, the woman is, after all, just widowed, and might maybe feel a bit lonely, vulnerable, and scared now, and for some while, some level of "clinging" would be understandable, especially with people like JD Vance or any other men who might have been close friends with her husband.
