This is a great comparison! The USA spends almost $1T annually for public schools K-12, yet barely 40% can perform at grade level. Kids are sent to school everyday in the hopes they will be educated and it is a total fraud.
The only benefactors are the teacher unions, whose members vote overwhelmingly for Demonrats to keep the fraud rolling. Somali fraud runs along the exact same lines but is tiny compared to American education fraud.
I'm no fan of public schools these days, but that's just a stupid comparison.

We are retired educators and we do too.

Unfortunately you dont have alot of choices. These days both married couples have to work to survive and also paying for day care doesnt factor in especially since they steal your money in tax bills for the corrupt School Systems.
