The fact that Dave ends his X-22 report with this phrase reinforces my suspicion that he's always been part of the white hat operation from the beginning. Just my humble opinion not trying to push it.
Dave is unnaturally consistent with his X22 report episodes. The man is, if nothing else, an absolute machine with his production of daily hour long videos and guest interviews. He's also managed to get both Kash Patel and General Flynn on the show before.
I think you may be right about his direct involvement in the Q operation. He may not be in the inner circle, but its hard to imagine that he's not affiliated at some level.
Its more likely the white hats knowing psyops adopt much of what they hear this movement has placed in its mainstream of speech. Its called confirmation bias. Its also a way to lend credibility to daves efforts.
In this instance it is not important that the dates do not line up, the fact that a agency within the Trump administration is pulling out common Q quotes and using them makes it special.
