Water will not freeze in the air in the short time,unless you add high pressure air to the mix. Belive it or not hot water will freeze in cold weather if you throw it in the air,but not cold.....

That's why I thought cold water will definitely turn instantly if boiling water does.
Hot water separates into small particles,that freeze,cold water doesn't.
