Hopefully the Lord chose this troubled man with his Grace to eternal salvation.
Early on I was a fan of Scott but then he went rouge often bashing MAGA. Many of us reached out to him to help cure his cancer but he would not.
The same when I reached out to liberals they would curse me for using up horse paste because I was depriving the horses. Had they been behind a wheel of a car...God only knows what they would have done.
"Free will carried many a soul to hell, but never a soul to heaven,"
1 Corinthians 3:13 describes someone who makes it to heaven without a single good work.
Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is.
If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward.
If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.
It is possible to live a life of sin, confess Jesus as savior moments prior to death and still make it to heaven by the skin of your teeth and a minimal reward, otherwise the thief on the cross wouldn't have made it.
Hopefully that acceptance of Jesus Christ was in his heart and not lip service. I listened to his ex-wife read his statement. It didn't exactly come off as authentic. I hope I'm wrong and do pray that he is with the Lord in Heaven at this very moment. I think he was a good man from all that I knew of him.

I believe it is real. Scott was aware and said he would know very soon.
Ours is not to judge the condition of the human heart, but rather to love unconditionally unto the ends of the earth.
For God will judge those who love him and repent of their sins, and have faith in the redemption offered through Christ Our Savior.
Grace shall set the captive free and allow him to join the Holy Trinity in salvation everlasting.
It was real. He was talking about it for weeks. Not preaching or anything.
