If don lemmon and everyone who entered that church do not go to prison for that act of terrorism then the first amendment is gone and all over the country we will see this happen.
Understand I gripe about churches being weak but doing what Don did (plus HE SAID HE was a Christian) infuriates me and I hope it does others.
That intimidation is not lawful and they left a public forum -the sidewalk- and entered a non public forum to protest.
