- b) they KNOW it was him, because they tackled HIM
- c) they know he kicked their tail light out, which is a felony
- d) they know he committed a felony to which they were present
- e) they tackled him and did not take his gun
- f) they clearly saw he had a gun because they pulled his jacket off and it was clearly visible on the video; and that means if WE saw it, then THEY saw it
- g) this is actually TWO felonies they did not arrest him for
- h) Had they arrested him for having a gun while in the act of a felony, as well as the felony property damage on a police vehicle, he'd be in jail
- i) If he were in jail, then he wouldn't be able to have been killed by them just days later
- j) If they let him OUT of jail, he'd still have been to jail and would have thought twice about going to jail a 2nd time, because after his initial arrest, if he's arrested AGAIN, the penalty is 2-10x greater, and there is no 'getting out of it' on 'good behavior' for example 'being an ICU nurse'

They gave him another chance to redeem himself and HE CHOSE to go back again and push it a little farther this time. Hindsight is always better, isn't it? What if Pretti never went there that day? What if he didn't take a gun? What if he made better choices in his entire life? What if he had never been born? Well, he was, he did, and now he is no more. A foolish waste of life because of his wrong choices
