How, where to get actual physical silver?
I picked up a few from JM Bullion today.

In fact, I am pursuing an opportunity to buy some silver from the estate of a recently deceased person, as soon as the executor of the estate has all the legal requirements finalized. There are a few legal hoops to jump through, but I hope it's settled and I can purchase that silver in a couple of weeks.
I watch the spot price of silver more as mild curiosity than anything, because I don't see it as an "investment" (buy low, sell high).... I see silver more as a holder of value that I can use someday if our fiat currency collapses and becomes worthless.

This is temporary. I would never consider selling for anything less than a 4 digit number anyway. Nothing can stop what is coming.

I over heard 2 guys at work today talking. They both said damn, we missed the selling point when it was high. Acting like its never going up again.
Ask them how much they pay in commission on their transactions. If they've got the inventory, you can buy direct from them!
