I have peripheral neuropathy that was caused after back surgery 10 years ago to repair my sciatica problem, has anyone had success or heard anything good about methylene blue to treat neuropathy or any other benefits of it?

I quite like it, its very good for depression, when the glums come to live with me i drink a few drops mixed with orange juice and the glums dissolve like the morning dew on a host of golden daffodils.
On my physical problems, not so much.
Upvote for very good poetic metaphor.
Loved " like the morning dew on a host of golden daffodils "
May want to look into DMSO.
I bought a tub of 70% but have been scared to open it.
My girl is a PhD chemist type and refuses to touch it since she used DMSO to kill off her cell cultures in lab. I bought it as a surprise for her for shoulder pain, but now I'm not sure
I have had odd tingling in both feet for a couple years and assumed it was from having five smashed lower discs in my back crushing my spinal cord, but could be because my triglycerides and other blood work are high (not diabetic but I need to watch out for that ) so would this halp by rubbing it on my feet themselves? Or on my spine/lower back near where my discs are ruptured?
Not sure on neuropathy, if that’s what it is. Applying where there is pain and also where you think it may originate makes sense to me, though. Search this site for “dmso” there are lots of older threads and you may find more there. Also, earth clinic may have some good info:
https://www.earthclinic.com/mobile/supplements/dmso.html
I have a jar of 70/30 rose scent that I’ve tried a few times on skin wound and thumb/wrist pain. It def stings/burns at that concentration for me. If I were to use more regularly I’d reduce concentration further with aloe, or maybe just switch to oral dosing for systemic effect. I have a bottle of 99.9% liquid I ordered on amazon, but haven’t used it yet. GL, Fren!
My wife has the exact same situation as you. After back surgery it seemed as though she had traded the old set of pains for a new group of nerve pain maladies. We have been to multiple Dr's over the years and not one of them could offer anything that helped. She finally announced she thought it might originating in her hips. So we went to a bone doctor, I always tag along. He recommended hip replacement surgery. She was seriously considering it. I tried talking her out of it, but she was motivated by the hope of a solution. It looked like she would allow this to actually happen. That is when I saw an ad for a new product from the Wellness Center that is methalene blue based. I started rubbing it on every night and morning. She knew she has less pain the next day. After two weeks she called the hip Dr and canceled. We have been using this product and DMSO immediately after for about 2 months now. She can get out chairs without any assistance now, she drives again, and she is actually considering going with me on morning walks. I cannot stress what life changing, game changer this has been.
What was the MB based product? I presume it is oral, and the DMSO is an adjunct being used topically.
Therablue. It is an ointment with other natural ingredients. Both are topical.
Thanks, hadn't heard of Therablue.
That's great, What dmso are you using and how?
Dmso was originally for treating horse sprains and strains. It has been available at feed stores forever. I never tried it until this time i mentioned in post. Comes in a quart bottle. Again, same stuff you see in health food stores.
I have neuropathy too, dr says it's an unknown case like 50% of the dx. I did use some powdered capsule MB but saw no difference in my neuropathy. I did, however, see a big difference in my joint pain, almost non-existent. I have another bottle on order, going to see if an extended period will help with the neuropathy but really counting on the joint pain relief in my left knee. Also, I believe my neuropathy was caused by a vax I had in the 90s, had the neuropathy develop around the same time, from the aluminum or mercury additive.
From Dr. Berg on tube, 'the burning pain in your feet is not a nerve problem' or something like that.
I think it works. I'm having many good days without sciatica pain. I also do yoga regularly and the lysine and vitamin c artery cleanse at least once a year.
I watched this video (long) that is a bit against to cautious about methylene blue https://substack.com/@truthforhealth/note/p-165273529?r=29b41u
I have heard that doing a detox before starting helps. Supposed to make it work as intended. Might be worth getting some guidance on doing that. Also to confirm what I heard. Not many docs work with it.
My younger brother says its the greatest healer. He got his cognitive abilities back, got rid of depression, fatigue and feels so much better
Google search Dr jack Kruse, he uses it and explains the many benefits of taking it. It is great for nerve repair

ALA is worth a shot for neuropathy. I’ve taken MB twice a day at ten drops each time for the last months. Biopharma on Amazon is the brand. They recently stopped selling it in glass but I’m ok with that I transfer it to the original bottle.
I listen to interview about people on a ketogenic diet, mostly carnivore. This issue is mentioned quite a bit and it is amazing how much it helps.
So people on carnivore diet develop neuropathy?
R-Alpha Lipoic Acid helps neuropathy. If you are taking statins, that often causes neuropathy and muscle weakness.
Not me, but a very close friend. She swears by it.
She also says to be aware that your toilet may stain blue.
And do pills, not liquids (mess).
Pee is a beautiful emerald green…. If you take a vitamin b complex it becomes more fluorescent. 😉 Staining I haven’t seen.
I’ll pass it along!
I took it for a month and didn't notice a difference.
METHYLENE BLUE DAMAGES YOUR LIVER.
STOP TAKING THAT SHIT!
Just do what you're supposed to.
Stop putting crap food in your mouth.
It's work.
Eat protein at EVERY meal, monitor your pH and stay alkaline.
THERE IS NO SHORTCUT...
Sorry to say, but that's the truth & reality.
Instead of MB, research Chlorine Dioxide and DMSO and see if they are right for you.
There's no miracle "get well quick" solution. Just give your body what it needs - no bullshit.
I hope you feel better and get what I'm saying out of brotherly love.
I too have had shit for brains on occasion:
I believe you may need to RESEARCH more thoroughly.

You must protect your liver at all costs...
Drinking dye is fking retarded.
But it's a "free country" and all that so, bottoms up.
But Bobby was drinking ot on a plane!
Thanks for the "professional advice" I'll read your references as I sleep tonight.👀
Nobody wants to do what they're supposed to - then the latest snake oil comes out, letting them continue their bad habits and around and around they go,,,lost.
Not saying you personally...but your smart enough to understand what I'm saying,,,that much I do know.
Oh...Just one more thing...It takes actually being an expert to fully realize what bullshit being an expert really is...IYKYK
I don't give advice...especially on medical or finance...You can ask for your money back...and see which hand fills up faster...
Cheers fren - to each his own. I didn't originally post what I did to hurt anyone...quite the contrary. Sleep well.
Because you have attempted to be civil I will assume stupidity instead of you being a Bald Face Liar.
6 years ago Covid - 19 was a DARPA Bioweapon
Then 6 months later "The Vaccine" was a bioweapon.
I bet you thought those were conspiracy theories as well.

Sher Jan... whatever you say...
Yep, One can led a jackass to truth but you can't make him think.
I have diabetic neuropathy, and I take about twenty five drops a day. I don't take it for the neuropathy, and I haven't really noticed any affect on the neuropathy.
I take it because it is supposed to help prevent Alzheimer's. I haven't really been able to see any affect on that issue either, but then I have no baseline for comparison.
I've been reading that Alzheimers might be caused by a poor diet rich in sugars and carbs. Ditch the sugary snacks and potato chips and it might even help the condition to reverse.
They are calling Alzheimer's Type III diabetes. So it appears at least one cause is high blood sugars. You don't tend to hear that from the medical community in this country. They are to hell bent on getting you on metformin, and/or insulin. Neither of which is a good way of controlling Type II. The American diet is poison in slow doses.
I watch my diet, and try to stay away from foods that spike blood sugar. The neuropathy began in a time when I didn't even know I was diabetic. Lots of folks are in that group that don't know yet.
