General conspiracy speculation tends toward DARPA being "bad" and these technologies being developed to control us (like everything). But what if... ?
The timing aligns. Perhaps it was an early implementation of the long term Plan.

The cabal's controls evolve along with tech. The printing press was a threat, but they coopted and centralized control, retaining control. Same with energy, with radio and with television. With the Internet, the cabal was working on the next transition and were. almost able to consolidate their control with Wikipedia, Reddit, stomping out real innovation like Myspace and consolidating under controlled Facebook and Google, but WH were able to infiltrate their consolidation techniques and turn them inside out, giving us the opportunity to finally throw them out.
Yes the internet is a way for all to communicate worldwide. My question is why was JFK in an open car when he knew he was targeted.
He simply may not have fully comprehended the evil working against him. Also, he may not have voiced any concerns he may have had, or his concerns may have been quelled by those who were "in on it".
Consider: In many respects, US "innocence" died with JFK. We now have a much better understanding of globalist/DS/agency agendas, plots, actions and operations, and just how deep evil, revenge and the quest for money and power go, but in November 1963 (before a rash of assassinations and fake wars), JFK may (intentionally) not have been adequately "read in" to intel/risks/threats and may not have seriously considered it likely - or even possible - that those who hated him or disagreed with him would ACTUALLY kill him/kill a president.
