Where I live, multiple bus companies are desperate for drivers. Advertisements are everywhere, even unsolicited in unrelated emails from the local school district. One year, the High School started 2 hours late for a month because they didn't have enough drivers.
But please, fire qualified people because they have thoughts you don't like.
I would like to see the public school end. In my state they promote all their radical agendas, don’t teach and allow illiterate students to graduate. They are nothing but a day care service in most instances-and not very good care! There is no value for the money taxpayers pay! No value for the students and no respect for the profession anymore.

They all like it but are afraid to say it out loud. I always say out loud “Thank you. It’s my favorite hat” loud enough for people near me to hear it. It makes them look at my hat. I wear a MAGA hat every day and sometimes I wear my “Alligator Alcatraz” hat and get the same results. I’ve got 3-4 Trump shirts I also wear along with my Trump sneakers and snow boots. There are a LOT of Trumpers out there. I wish they had the balls to show their support!

Everyone here would be upset if a bus driver was wearing a Biden Harris hat. As long as the rules are consistent, I don't see a problem. Also, they didn't fire him for it, they said he couldn't wear it. He quit. This isn't a freedom of speech issue any more than teachers complaining that they can't use the first amendment to push socialism in schools.
