Over the years here I have read about and envied those of you who were able to wake someone up. I always wished I could accomplish the same. Well, I haven't quite done that, but I have found out that an acquaintance has been sort of red-pilled. Let's call it pink pilled. She is breaking out of the matrix, but I happen to know she is deeply embedded in and surrounded by 'tards. I know she is the type who can't handle too much too quickly. She is literally at the point where she is 'starting to wonder if some of our politicians don't have our best interests at heart.' Yes, you read that right. She's barely on the first step, so I don't want to overwhelm her with stuff that's too heavy. Baby steps for her. So what do you suggest as a short list of things I can begin to introduce her to? Nothing big like pizzagate or even Q. Not yet, anyway. I've got to make sure she has a firm foundation before I start erecting the skyscraper.
So where would you (or have you) started with someone who is just like a baby kitten opening their eyes for the first time?

I would just talk to her about normal things and, when opportunities come up in conversation, drop pertinent bits of information.
Only drop one bit at a time. Each bit of information is a seed. You plant the seed and step back and wait for it to germinate and sprout. If you give her too much info, she'll get overwhelmed and shut down.
When the seeds start to sprout, she will ask you more questions. Only answer what she asks and do not elaborate. She'll need time to process the answers. This is the time to suggest pertinent podcasts, videos, etc to answer the specific questions asked.
Some people will process within hours. Some years. Just be patient and let her work things out in her own time.
