Greenland and Alberta most likely. Though Greenland would probably need to be bundled in with another prospective state. Given how small the population is. And how underdeveloped the region is as a whole.
Venezuela and Cuba are debatable. There’s better arguments for leaving Venezuela independent at least. Cuba there’s better odds of that happening given the amount of Cubans already in the U.S. Though again strong arguments for maintaining an independent Cuba exist.
Supposing the people there truly wish for annexation/statehood and go through that song and dance. That changes the question. Though It’s more likely a couple of those stars are likely referencing other Canadian Provinces. If Alberta leaves Canada. As the suspected outcome of their referendum in the fall would indicate. Saskatchewan and possibly Manitoba will likely follow.
It’s also worth noting the number of stars also says nothing about the number of territories we may have in the future. And territorial status would likely be just as appealing if not more so than Statehood. There’s also existing U.S territories that might opt for Statehood.
But given how the past few years have gone and how weird they’ve been. We could end up with some real wildcards in the docket for potential Statehood.
Venezuela is only one of them. Multiple U.S Agencies have made references to the U.S not giving up the Moon again. Which could be taken to mean the Moon could be added.
The powers that be have also had the mad on for something in Antarctica. Perhaps we’ll give the world the finger and tell them Antarctica is also ours now.
Did you know that Cuba was being considered for our 49th state with Alaska to be the 50th in 1958/9? When it well to Castro on New Year’s Day, 1959, we got Alaska, then Hawai’i to be our two new states that year.
I did know Cuba was considered repeatedly. Though not the specifics of every time it came up for consideration.
Frankly given how weird things have been. I’m kinda just waiting for them to declare Antarctica, the Moon, or someplace out of left-field like that a State or territory. It’d track with how weird things have gotten.
IF ... and that is a big IF of course, but let's go with the premise, IF that is true, then the blue field dimensions change. From the lawful 3 by 4 into 3 by 5.
That is a different flag i.e. a different venue.. .....
It reminds me of a post from 3 years ago when Trump came out of the Miami courthouse (vessel (lit) in drydock) claiming: the seal has been broken.
To me that signals what was usually the case with reconstitution:
during Hanse League: a merchants book might be broken: incapable of doing business.
Later periods, like in 1581: specifically the previous seal used by the "Dutch " government no longer was valid, but replaced by a new one.
And coincidentally, Trump owns the original seal of the US.
The one out of place star highlights it, forcing you to notice. Two out of place stars actually.

That's interesting given his comment that he could run for president in Venezuela and win...
Looks REALLY faik & ghey...
Someone desperate for interweb points and attention?
Certainly seems that way...

I don't mean BWC
I wonder. ....

That would then be: back to basics ..
interesting to keep an eye on.
