I believe this would apply both to an actor who impersonates a politician (for example, there were a few Pelosi clips that looked like Michael Jackson was playing Pelosi) or a random person playing Fetterman, and also to an existing politician or TV newscaster who is complying with WH instructions and doing a great job.

As in, a super-long, multi-year length piece of film strip that is simply being projected on any screen or information source you access? I mean, literally?

The analogy that Q employs works. Q is stating, BY ANALOGY, that a lot of what we see is in fact 'acted out' (aka its performative), some of it scripted, some of it dependent on "Moves and countermoves".

The "anything Q said" line is kinda weird, too. That sort of blanket reasoning seems really unproductive/ineffective to me.
Take the current Iran operation, for example. Literally a movie? Or a movie by analogy? Potentially, the information we're given is pure narrative, the film clips produced to look like X, when they are in fact Y, the story lines essentially scripted, etc, but this doesn't mean its literally "a movie". It means the analogy of a movie is a highly informative description highlighting certain aspects and features of what we are 'seeing'.

I was going to post some of these, but there are so many. Since we are talking about central casting I think words like actor are in play.
On a side note, I think I have only heard President Trump use the term "right out of central casting" as a compliment to those he is referencing. He often uses it with Generals, as an example. I do not believe he referred to Joe as "right out of central casting" although he could have, because Joe was definitely an actor in my mind.
