I agree, I’m in the Promethean Action camp, but thought it was interesting how the person came to the same conclusion about Trump creating a better US by taking control of the Western hemisphere.
When the term: global economy is mentioned, it fails to mention where the real pain starts to become visible. Simply, by looking at who is left behind ( spoiler: EU)

And there are ways to relabel outlays onto NATO to argue meeting the 2% or 5% threshold. For instance, it would not surprise me if EU/NATO countries involved in the Ukraine war try to sell their "solidarity" as a NATO outlay.
