Its from the Reform party which is Nigel Farage's vehicle to power and the generals named are all retired ones, not serving officers unfortunately.
I don't know which army the officer bottom right is from, Ruritania perhaps? If it was someone like Air Chief Marshal Richard Knighton I would take notice, he is the Chief of the Defence Staff despite having no operational experience, or the First Sea Lord.
