Ha ha ha. If Barry gets arrested by the military his handlers/deep state will fight like the devil to have him tried in a civilian court. They control the non military court system and feel they could slide a corrupt judge into the chair to try him. That is the exact truth. Nothing of real importance can be trusted to the American court system. The whole thing is in need of tearing down and rebuilt with honest men and women put in as judges.
The situation in Iran has made me more confident than ever that the prosecution of Deep State actors will be handled by the US Military, not the DOJ.
If we find evidence that the Obama admin wittingly aided Iran in their pursuit of nuclear weapons, the entire ballgame changes. Providing weapons of mass destruction to a radical Islamic terrorist regime, while we as a nation are still technically in a state of war since 9/11… that’s not just aiding and abetting our enemies, aka treason, it’s a direct threat to NATSEC and an act of war against the United States. Anyone involved could be labeled as an “unlawful enemy combatant” and tried as a terrorist via military tribunal, which would completely circumvent the DOJ, and would be subject to death.
This is why the enriched uranium, or “nuclear dust” as Trump calls it, is so important. The uranium holds a nuclear fingerprint that will be traced to its origin, and obviously Trump and the US MIL know where that trail ends (Uranium One).
So for those groaning about Pam Bondi, the DOJ, FBI, “where are the arrests”, etc., you have been looking in the wrong spot. The Military is the avenue for justice against Deep State actors, the uranium in Iran is the smoking gun, and Trump is about to secure it.
There is no legitimate way for the government to prosecute civilian American Citizens with military tribunals. If the criminal cases are going to be prosecuted, it will be through Grand Juries, and civilian courts of law. Anyone who says otherwise has no understanding of the Constitution, the original intent, nor the principles of liberty upon which our Republic was established.
So far, government has done very little to police itself, and that is historically accurate of every single government that has ever existed for more than a few years. Our Republic was not set up to allow that. It was set up so the government could never exceed the power of it creator or source of its limited powers. If government goes off the rails, then it is inherent upon its masters to remove what went wrong or is no longer operating under it founding charter, and replace it with a new government that will. This goes for those who are seated in government office, regardless of whether they were legitimately elected, or not.

As for the 2018 SCOTUS ruling, they are wrong. The Constitution doesn't delegate power to the federal government to try US citizen civilians by military tribunal. I was Army Military Police for many years and I was pretty familiar with the UCMJ and the extent of jurisdiction over civilians, and there was nothing supporting that claim.
