Been thinking about this....Given the depth of the rot and corruption - just look at all the recent flood of fraud uncovered - I don't see the DOJ having the time or resources to conduct trials on a large enough scale. Gitmo, OTOH, has been undergoing massive expansions even during the Biden years. They now have the same capacity as CECOT.
Once in a while I think about military justice and how it must be coming, but now I am amazed at how much time I've wasted wringing my hands over the useless DOJ. Now I wonder, would the military be willing to take over our criminal medical industry too?
